A base sauce created with browned onions that lays the foundation for this deliciously sweet flavour. Just add meat, seafood or vegetables together with Previns masala paste and water. Add ground almonds for greater texture and sweetness and yogurt or crème fraiche if you prefer a smooth creamy dish.

Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger & chillies. with minced lamb, chicken or soya into a bowl. Add Previns spice kit with salt and mix well. Leave to marinate in the fridge for a minimum 1 hour (marinate overnight for best results)
Suitable for vegetarians if lamb is substituted with soya or quorn mince.

Use mince lamb for keema or diced lamb for a delicious lamb curry. Created by sautéing onion and lamb in oil with garlic, ginger, chilli, salt and Previns spices then adding tomatoes and water to form a rich masala sauce.
