A personal favourite created by sautéing cauliflower & potato’s in oil with garlic, ginger, chilli, salt and Previns spices then adding tomatoes and water to form a light curry sauce.
Suitable for vegetarians. Add a festive twist to this traditional dish by using brussels sprouts instead of cauliflower.
Delicious with rice and Previns naan bread & papadums.
