Marinate chicken or vegetables in plain yogurt with garlic, ginger and chilli. A traditional chicken curry sauce is then cooked adding fine ground almonds to give a naturally sweet taste. Adding the marinade fuses with the curry spices to create a deliciously smooth but flavoursome korma. Cream or crème fraiche can be added (optional) to create a creamy thick sauce. A great introduction to curry or for those that just love great flavour.
Suitable for vegetarians if chicken is substituted with sweet corn, tofu, soya chunks, quorn, mixed vegetables, potatoes or Indian Paneer cheese
Delicious with rice and Previns naan bread & papadums.
