Add oil, salt, garlic, chillies, lemon juice with Previns spice sachet and mix well to form a thick smooth paste. Rub paste over fish fillets or prawns and marinate for a minimum 1 hour.
Suitable for vegetarians if fish is substituted with quorn, soya chunks, potato’s, Indian Paneer cheese, aubergine, cassava or boiled eggs.
Served great on Previns naan bread with side salad and fresh lemon. Don’t forget to make Previns side sauce dips using the recipes which comes in the kit.
