As valued customers we appreciate that you may need to cancel your order. To do this you must contact us within 7 days of your order date phoning 01162 260 4882 or email us at info@previns.co.uk. Our office hours are Monday to Friday – 0930 to 1730.

You may return goods (unopened) within 7 days of receipt. Please note that we will inspect these items thoroughly to make sure they are in reasonable condition, we will refund or provide a replacement as necessary.

If the returned items are not in an acceptable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please be advised that we can only make refunds via the credit/debit card used for the associated transaction. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us, nor will the original cost of delivery, unless you have received damaged or faulty goods.
