600g Diced Skinned Chicken
Optional: handful of Coriander

Preparations


Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat pan to medium for 30 seconds
2. Add one tablespoon of masala paste and cook for 1 minute
3. Add Chicken, one tablespoon of masala paste and a splash of water, then cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes
4. Add two tablespoons of masala paste, a splash of water, then cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes
5. Add remaining masala paste, then half fill the tub with water and add to the pan
6. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes, stirring midway
7. Optional: Garnish with coriander
