Previn’s Traditional Curry Masala
2 tins of Kidney Beans (drained)
Optional: handful of Coriander


Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat pan to medium for 30 seconds
2. Add one tablespoon of masala paste and cook for 1 minute
3. Add the kidney beans and cook for 10 minutes uncovered, then cover with a lid and cook for a further 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
4. Add the remaining masala paste, then fill the tub with water and add to the pan
5. Cover with a lid and cook for 12 minutes
6. Optional: Garnish with coriander

Serving Suggestions

Serve with Previn's Indian Breads or rice
