Previn’s Tikka Masala
600g Diced Skinned Chicken
200ml Cream

Preparations


Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat pan to medium for 30 seconds
2. Add one tablespoon of masala paste and cook for 1 minute
3. Add Diced Chicken, cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes
4. Add two tablespoons of masala paste
5. Add a splash of water, then cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes
6. Add remaining masala paste
7. Fill the tub with water and add to the pan
8. Cover with a lid for cook for 2 minutes
9. Add 200ml of Cream, then cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes


Serving Suggestions

Serve with Previn's Indian Breads or rice
