Previn’s Bhuna Masala Paste
600g Lamb Mince
Optional: 200g of peas, handful of Coriander

Preparations


Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat pan to medium for 30 seconds
  2. Add one tablespoon of masala paste and cook for 1 minute
  3. Add mince lamb and cook while stirring for 3 minutes. Optional: Add peas. Cook for a further 2 minutes
  4. Add a splash of water
  5. Add one tablespoon of masala paste and cook for 5 minutes
  6. Add remaining masala paste
  7. Fill the tub with water and add to the pan
  8. Cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
  9. Optional: garnish with coriander
