Previn’s Goan Curry Masala
700g Prawns 150ml Cream
Optional: handful of Coriander

Preparations


Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat pan to medium for 30 seconds
2. Add one tablespoon of masala paste and cook for 1 minute
3. Add Prawns to the pan, then cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes
4. Gradually add the remaining masala paste, stirring in-between
5. Fill the tub with water and add to the pan, then cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes
6. Add 150ml of cream and a splash of water
7. Optional: Garnish with coriander
